A Class 150lb Concentric Lug Type DI Butterfly Valve is a quarter-turn valve designed for precise flow control in industrial pipelines. Its concentric design positions the valve disc (butterfly) symmetrically around the shaft axis, enabling bidirectional sealing via compression against a resilient seat (e.g., EPDM or NBR). The lug-type connection features threaded holes on the valve body, allowing direct bolting between two pipeline flanges without nuts.

Description

Lug Connection: The valve has threaded lugs on both sides of the valve body, allowing the valve to be bolted directly to the pipe flanges. This makes it suitable for applications where the valve may need to be isolated and removed without affecting the rest of the system.
