AWWA C504 Rubber Seated Butterfly Valve
The AWWA C504 Rubber Seated Butterfly Valve shall be of concentric design and a heavy-duty valve design. The valve is lined with rubber to offer a resilient seat. The rubber seat is bonded to the valve body and is not replaceable in the field. The valve is designed for treated water, untreated water, and other neutral clean fluids. This manual will furnish you with the necessary information for the proper installation and maintenance of the valve and to guarantee a long service life.

- General: AWWA C504 Butterfly Valves shall be bubble tight against full rated pressure in both directions of flow with zero leakage when tested to AWWA C504 standards
- Face to Face: Lay length per AWWA C-504-00, Class 150B, Table 1
- Pressure Rating: 150 psig bi-directional, bubble tight
- Connections: Flat faced flanged per AWWA C-504-00 Table 2, ANSI B16.1, Class 125/Class250
- Body: Cast Iron/Ductile Iron
- Disc: Concentric, CF8M with Pin
- Seat: EPDM or BunaN Vulcanized resilient seat, Flat Face
